Especially, we are good at precision machining of carbon.

Our processing equipment were custom ordered for graphite and designed for mass production.

We use our own cutting tools which is suitable for graphite machining.

Furthermore, we make all jigs and tables by ourselves.

We can make graphite fixtures from prototypes to mass production.

Graphite Fixture

Graphite is the solid material made up of carbon(C).

It could offer the number of benefits as the fixture for the semiconductor backend process.

For example;

•Quite low coefficient of thermal expansion at high temperature

•No deformation at high temperature (over 1,000℃)

•Lightweight

•Easily machinable

There are some key factors to keep it for long use.

One of them is to keep it isolated from oxygen.
